IMPORTANT: You must complete a separate registration form and submit payment for each player being registered.
 

  • For players who are applying for KidSport, My Biggest Fan Foundation, Jumpstart or other funding, please reach out to our Registrar at registrar@pownalminorhockey.com BEFORE completing the online registration below.


Registration Fee Payment

The registration fee must be paid in full through the online application form with a credit card or a debit credit card (eg. Visa Debit or Debit Mastercard).

To ease the administrative burden on our volunteer organization, we will not be hosting a cash/cheque collection date this season. 

All players must be registered and paid in full prior to attending any ice sessions including conditioning camps and tryouts. 

The anticipated start date for this season is September 20th, 2025.

Players must be registered online by September 11, 2025. 
Registration requests after this date must be submitted directly to the Registrar at registrar@pownalminorhockey.com and will only be accepted if there is space available.  All registrations submitted after the deadline are charged a late fee of $50.

HOW TO REGISTER AS A RETURNING PLAYER
If you are a returning player:
  • Enter your Name, Date of Birth and Access Code. (Access Codes can be found in confirmation emails from previous registrations.)
If you do not know your access code, click the link to retrieve your access code. 
Enter your name and date of birth and click Submit to retrieve your code.
This will verify that you already have a profile in the system and it will send your access code to the email address that you currently have on file. 
If you can no longer access the email address that's on file, please contact the webmaster at webmaster@pownalminorhockey.com to request your access code.
Please remember to provide the name and date of birth of the person whose access code you need.
  • Click Submit Access Code and continue to fill out the form. 
  • Choose the program you wish to register your player for.
  • Remember to complete the payment portion to ensure that your registration has been processed.
     
HOW TO REGISTER AS A NEW PLAYER
If you are new to the organization:
  • Select No to the returning player option and fill out the form.
* If your player is registering for the first time in PMHA but has played in another association previously, please complete the HPEI- Form A - Residential Transfer Form (link below), and forward it to the PMHA Registrar at registrar@pownalminorhockey.com

HOW DO I KNOW IF I'M A RETURNING PLAYER?
If you are unsure if you are a returning player or not, click the link (What's my Access Code?) to retrieve your access code, and enter your Name and Date of Birth. If you do not have a profile in the system, you will receive an error message. Return to the registration form and proceed with a new registration. 
If your email address has changed and you either do not remember, or no longer have access to the email address on file, please contact the webmaster at webmaster@pownalminorhockey.com  who will provide you with your access code.
Please provide the name and date of birth of the person whose Access Code you need.
